We helped SAZKA a.s. to streamline the management of the process for calculating annual bonuses and mass salary increases.
In the middle of 2022, we successfully completed the project at SAZKA a.s. focused on process solutions for two areas: increasing wages and calculating rewards and bonuses for employees.
Thanks to the use of the Compensation module of the SAP SuccessFactors cloud tool, the SAZKA company switched from manual management of this process to a system solution that reduces the labor and time-consuming nature of the entire compensation process, improves its clarity, and helps reduce error rates.
We managed to successfully transfer the existing customer process to the new system and thus add another part to the previously used cloud solution SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Thanks to this SAZKA a.s. has automated the entire process, including mass salary increases and the calculation of annual bonuses.
The implementation of the components also included integration with SAP HCM.
