Preciosa Group: Unification of employee evaluation processes across the group

We helped the Preciosa Group unify and streamline processes for evaluating employees across individual companies using SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals.

The Preciosa Group is the world’s leading manufacturer of glass machine-cut jewelry and jewelry stones, decorative lighting fixtures and other glass products. It consists of several mutually cooperating subsidiaries. The main goal of our joint project was to simplify and unify the procedures for evaluating employees and working with their goals and motivation across these companies, thus contributing to the overall streamlining of HR within the Preciosa Group.

To solve these challenges, we used the SAP SuccessFactors platform, specifically the Performance Goals module. The implementation included, among other things, the setting of evaluation form templates, the specific setting of employee goal management, the setting of calibration processes, and the ongoing evaluation of employee performance. The solution also included ensuring secure user login using Single-sign-on (SSO) and Identity Authentication Service (IAS).

Thanks to the successfully completed project, the individual companies of the Preciosa Group can rely on a more effective, unified standard for working with goals, performance and motivation of employees, allowing to easily set evaluation rules across the entire group.
