Dormer Pramet: Global digital transformation project using SAP Cloud

Dormer Pramet s. r. o., a leader in the field of tools for machining materials, chose our company as a partner for the project of harmonizing global business processes and modernizing logistics.

The aim of the project was to replace a portfolio of disparate ERP systems with one common solution and provide centralised integration of all key processes and data across global operations, including economic management, manufacturing and logistics.

The scalable cloud platform SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, was chosen as the new ERP system. We were able to successfully implement the standardization and harmonization of processes thanks to the chosen 1WAY Model Company for their unification.

The new solution enables Dormer Pramet to manage all production and business processes in one modern, integrated environment with access from anywhere, to use advanced real-time analytics including predictive analytics, and to respond more efficiently and flexibly to the local needs of individual plants.
