Digitization of internal, business and HR processes for Net4Gas

As part of an innovation project at the utility company Net4Gas, we solved the improvement of the user environment for internal and external approval and digitization of selected business processes with the aim of streamlining the processing and management of documents in the field of personnel, asset management and purchasing.

We used the SAP Business Technology Platform and MIBCON Digital Platform for the solution. We have introduced electronic document processing, the use of electronic signatures and other innovations into the customer’s practice. At the same time, we innovated the customer’s user interface and expanded the possibilities for its employees to access internal data and processes by the possibility of access from a mobile phone.

By implementing the changes, we managed to speed up and simplify the customer’s approval processes and enable them to manage and develop them more efficiently.
