GECO: A solution for clearer KPI reports and improved information about the situation of business partners

Another of our reporting solutions prepared in the SAP Analytics Cloud environment is the Customer Card. We developed it for the retail company GECO, a.s.

GECO, a.s. was looking for a solution for its sales teams that would allow them to quickly obtain up-to-date information on the key performance parameters of their B2B customers. Ideally one that would use data from the internal SAP system.

One of the main challenges was to correctly use data from 13 different live connected data models in SAP Business Warehouse so that the resulting report was always consistent. As part of the project, we then jointly determined a set of KPIs that should be displayed to users of the solution as a matter of priority, and the level of aggregation for them.

The resulting solution was the creation of a unique tailored business content in the SAP Analytics Cloud environment, the so-called Customer Card.

Thanks to the live connection of SAP BW and SAC, the customer can use automated and maintenance-free real-time reporting, the output of which in the form of a Customer Card provides them with the required information in a pre-agreed standardized form anytime and anywhere. Their sales team can thus react quickly, solve bottlenecks in business relationships in a timely manner and, overall, more easily fulfill set business goals.
