Company-wide planning platform for SIKO Koupelny a.s.

SIKO Koupelny a.s. chose us as a solution supplier for the unified company-wide planning over data in SAP.

The goal of the project at SIKO Koupelny a.s., which is the largest specialized network of bathroom and kitchen equipment stores, was to optimize, speed up and unify planning and forecasting into one environment. The result was the creation of a planning platform in SAP Analytics Cloud that makes all this possible.

At the time this project was implemented (2021), it was the largest planning project in the SAP Analytics Cloud environment in the Czech Republic.

Thanks to this solution, the customer has all the key data they need to access in one place, across the entire enterprise. Partial manual planning in Excel is gone, the planning process is now clear and you can have full control over it. This contributes to a higher quality of the entire planning process.
