CERVA GROUP: Customer Fact Sheet in SAP Analytics Cloud

In the SAP Analytics Cloud environment, we have created a customized B2B reporting solution Customer Fact Sheet for CERVA GROUP, a.s.

The starting point of the project at CERVA GROUP a.s. was a need to have quick access to consolidated information about B2B customers and, as a result, to be able to respond more promptly to the data presented.

Due to the company’s extensive partner network (CERVA GROUP has business partners in 60 countries around the world), it was necessary to ensure that the customer’s sales team could view relevant data from anywhere and in a standardized form, i.e. in a unified layout.

The Customer Fact Sheet, which we developed for the customer as part of this project, provides such a standardized view of data on individual B2B customers.

The solution looks for both opportunities and risks in business relationships, in the detail set by the company itself.

Customer Fact Sheet is a cloud-based SaaS solution that we are able to customize very quickly and deliver to other customers, on any scale.
