The innovative project of HP Tronic Zlín succeeded in the SAP Quality Awards

The jury awarded the project, in which we participated as the implementation partner, the SAP Quality Winner for CEE in the Business Transformation: Enterprise Solutions category.

HP Tronic Zlín s.r.o., a member of the HP Tronic Holding a.s. group, is best known as a retailer of consumer electronics and home appliances and the operator of an extensive network of Datart and Eta stores. For its enterprise system transformation project, the company selected MIBCON a.s. as its implementation partner.

The nominated project advanced to the finals of the SAP Quality Awards CEE 2024, competing in the Business Transformation: Enterprise Solutions category against five other projects from the Central and Eastern European region.

Complexity Hand in Hand with Quality

At the core of the nominated project was the conversion of the original ERP system to the modern SAP S/4HANA system. Following its successful implementation, the second phase of the project commenced: migration to the RISE with SAP cloud service. This service provides a flexible and scalable infrastructure, enabling further modernization of business processes.

The project also encompassed a range of other innovations, including the implementation of the new SAP Datasphere data warehouse and its SAP Analytics Cloud extension, integration through SAP Integration Suite, the development of new business applications using SAP BTP, and more. Several of our specialized divisions contributed to its realization.

It is no exaggeration to say that this was one of the most complex conversions we have ever supported for our customers. This makes us all even more proud of the international recognition the project received as the SAP Quality Awards Winner in the CEE region, acknowledging its outstanding quality and execution.

The success of the project would not have been possible without the dedicated support of HP Tronic Zlín’s internal team, whose significant efforts ensured the project was completed on schedule, as well as the valuable contributions of SAP Czech Republic and their specialists. Thanks to the successful completion of all project parts, HP Tronic Zlín can now leverage the latest SAP tools and technologies, and benefit from their efficient support.
