Start using our core warehouse cockpit, which provides an overview of important warehouse processes, based on our extensive experience.

Our team has launched dozens of warehouses with newly implemented management systems. That’s why we know that the first few days can often be challenging. It’s easy to get lost in a flood of reports, data, and information, which can lead to a loss of overview and the ability to effectively manage the process.

That’s why on our EWM projects, we start with pre-built dashboards that provide managers with this necessary overview, directly in SAP GUI. These dashboards often serve as a launching point for further development of operational reporting in the subsequent phases of growth and optimization.

Business case

A typical business case involves the need to provide the warehouse manager with a quick overview of the status of critical processes in the warehouse, along with a tool for immediate operational intervention in these processes.

There are certain critical indicators for which it is necessary to monitor their current values and, if needed, respond with appropriate actions.

We use the standard warehouse cockpit tool, directly in the SAP GUI.

A major advantage of the cockpit is the ability to click through from any chart to the specific node in the warehouse monitor, where you can directly intervene in the data and immediately influence the ongoing process.

Based on our experience, we have developed a basic cockpit that provides an overview of key KPIs for operational warehouse processes. The warehouse manager gets a quick view of the current status of individual KPIs, as well as their trends throughout the shift.

Especially in hectic situations during the launch of a new warehouse system, this tool provides a clear overview of important connections that would otherwise be difficult to find in individual reports.
