Mibcon presented at SAP NOW 2024 as a Gold Partner

On 10 and 11 September 2024, we talked to the visitors of the largest SAP conference in the Czech Republic about the latest news in SAP, our ongoing and successfully completed implementation projects and opportunities for further cooperation.

SAP NOW 2024: 2 days of innovation and inspiration

The SAP NOW conference traditionally brings a showcase of innovations in SAP technologies and products and presentations of specific innovation projects in Czech companies. This year’s edition had two main topics: innovations using cloud technologies and the use of AI.

Among the presented customer projects, there were two projects signed by our company.

Implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition at HP Tronic

In Tuesday’s panel discussion dedicated to the latest projects of large ERP systems deployment, Mr. Karel Ročák, Director of ICT at HP Tronic a.s., shared his experience with the transition to SAP ERP in the private cloud (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition). That is, with the project in which our company Mibcon acted as an implementation partner.

The audience was able to learn about the reasons that led HP Tronic to switch to the new ERP system, as well as the benefits that this solution brought to our customer.

Behind the scenes, our representatives answered detailed questions about the project and explained the principles and methodology of preparing for cloud ERP deployment.

More effective business planning using SAP Analytics Cloud

In Wednesday’s programme, our senior consultant for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Adam Vacek Nekola and business analyst Michaela Konečná from GasNet, s.r.o. presented the project of using the possibilities of SAP Analytics Cloud environment and tools for streamlining business planning processes in the area of finance and controlling.

We were pleased to see that GasNet as our customer appreciates the benefits it can reap from the transition to SAC: standardization (one source of truth for financials, a single view of data in SAC and S/4HANA), greater transparency, increased efficiency of operations (elimination of manual inputs and activities, scheduling of repetitive tasks, etc.), and the benefits of a single environment and unified planning for auditability.

The SAP NOW 2024 conference offered attendees on both days a variety of suggestions on how to take the efficiency of companies interested in innovation to a new level. Whether it was inspiring demonstrations of the possibilities of digitizing business processes or the use of the latest technologies led by artificial intelligence.
